Rather, it means the meeting of psyche, memory, and culture with a place that has not yet had time to become “one’s own.” The new Earth raises questions about everyday life: How do you live when familiar landmarks begin to crumble? How do you rebuild rhythms—time, routes, language? And how do you preserve inner coherence while also allowing yourself to change?Read more
Three artists — Artem Volokitin, Anna Moskalez, and Tanya Vassilenko — encounter this phenomenon in Berlin and translate their personal experience into a visual language. The works presented in the exhibition do not offer ready-made answers. Instead, they show the process: how a new perspective takes shape, how memory becomes a material, and how cultural codes find their own rhythm and sound. In these works, the tension of adaptation is palpable; at the same time, there is the gradual emergence of inner points of stability — from the feeling of being foreign toward a step-by-step rootedness. -
