A cluster of slender trees emerges from the pale terrain, while a violet grove recedes into the distance, introducing a quiet rhythm of repetition and depth. The slag heap appears almost suspended between natural formation and human intervention — simultaneously barren and gently regenerative.
Colour is used not descriptively, but atmospherically: muted whites, soft blues, and violet tones evoke a fragile seasonal stillness, where traces of life quietly persist within an altered environment. Through texture and layered surfaces, the work aims to bring every surface to life, transforming the landscape into something tactile, unsettled, and quietly alive.
