Teddy Bear transforms a universally familiar symbol of comfort into a monumental and uncompromising presence. Carved into simplified geometric volumes and cast in iron, the sculpture balances childhood nostalgia with the physical weight and permanence of industrial material. Its rough surfaces and reduced form evoke a sense of primal strength, where tenderness and brutality coexist within a single object. Through this tension, the work reimagines the teddy bear as an enduring archetype rather than a sentimental figure.
